While that might sound a bit hard to get used to, the added elevation makes running around in Pokemon Legends Z-A a lot easier, as there’s more space around the grip for my thumb to swiftly push it in any given direction. Typically, the flatness of the existing Joy-Con sticks feels pretty limiting, but this tiny bit of height allows me to make more precise movements and has given me less strain on my joints over time.
If that doesn’t sound like your thing, you can instead make use of the first pair in the set, which are almost as flat as the existing stick covers of the Switch 2.
